We rent Sat. 2 p.m. to Sat. 10 a.m.

Low season (4/18 - 6/19)(9/19-11/14) $750/wk.

Mid (6/20 - 7/3 and 8/29 - 9/18) $800/week.

High Season (7/4 to 8/28) $850/wk

We require a 50% deposit with balance due 30 days before your arrival. Once we reach that 30 day point, the rental fee is nonrefundable unless we are able to rebook the property. If we rebook the property we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill less a $25 cancellation fee.
A $100 security deposit will be refunded if the place is left clean and without damage. Sheets and towels can be provided for you for additional fee.
